About Automated SPE
The Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ AutoTrace™ 280 Automated SPE System is ideal for labs doing U.S. EPA methods for water analysis or other methods requiring solid-phase extraction (SPE) sample cleanup. The workstation automatically loads liquid matrices onto an SPE disc or cartridge and elutes the analytes of interest, letting you process up to six samples at a time—with only 15 minutes of operator involvement.
The AutoTrace 280 instrument handles large volume solid-phase extraction of liquid samples from 20mL to 4L. The system can be configured with 1, 3, or 6mL SPE cartridges or 47mm solid-phase disks, using up to five different solvents.
