Separate simple sugars in biofuels and food samples quickly and with better resolution and easier peak identification and integration. The Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ CarboPac™ SA10-4µm Column produces 60 to 80% higher peak efficiencies than the standard Dionex CarboPac SA10 columns, thus providing better resolution and easier peak identification and integration of these carbohydrates. The 4µm column analyzes six common sugars in food samples in only 10 minutes, or eight common biofuel mono- and disaccharides in less than 8 minutes.

Use with PAD Systems

The Dionex CarboPac SA10-4μm anion-exchange column is used with pulsed amperometric detection (PAD) systems and permits the direct quantification of nonderivatized carbohydrates with minimal sample preparation.
