Thermo Scientific Gallery discrete analyzers are fully automated, sample oriented random-access analyzers. Many different tests can be run simultaneously from a single sample. Panels of system applications are predefined into the analyzer, e.g., for food, beverage, enzymes, water, environmental and bioprocess quality control and testing. However, new user-specific applications can be defined. Gallery discrete analyzers employs colorimetric end-point and kinetic as well as turbidimetric and bichromatic reactions with or without sample blanking. System supports automated standard addition measurement method for complex sample matrices.

For brewers, the compounds of interest range—from inorganic ions, organic acids and hop bittering principles that contribute to overall taste and bitterness—to proteins, carbohydrates and alcohols that are monitored to determine the extent of fermentation. Dedicated for beer, malt, and wort analysis, the Gallery Plus Beermaster discrete analyzer automates labor-intensive and time-consuming tests.
Wineries needs a reliable analytical instrumentation for multi-parameter analysis, that enables lab personal without technical or chemistry knowledge to carry out the routine wine analysis. Thermo Scientific Gallery discrete analyzers together with ready to use system reagents makes the overall wine analysis simple, accurate and reliable. The ready to use wine reagents are specifically developed for rapid and cost-effective analysis of juice and wine.
Drinking water safety is clearly a critical priority. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, through the Safe Drinking Water Act, has established national health based standards that address both man-made and naturally occurring contamination. Labs must ensure municipal or industrial wastewater is safe before its discharge into surface waters in accordance with regulations in the U.S. EPA Clean Water Act (CWA). Compliance requires consistent, accurate measurement of water parameters. Our discrete analyzers automate photometric and electrochemical analysis providing fast, reproducible results that allow laboratories to measure multiple analytes simultaneously.
To eliminate corrosion and scaling that can damage valuable industrial components and to ensure regulatory compliance, reliable water analysis must be performed continuously.
Achieving product consistency for malt, beer, wine, cider and other beverage analysis requires analysis of multiple parameters using several automated instrumentations and/or bench-top chemistry procedures. This webinar discusses how a integrated discrete analyzer simultaneously automates analysis from a single sample offering fast turnaround, reduced human error, reduced reagent use, and expanded laboratory analytical capabilities.
It is imperative that beverage producers use the best analytical tools to ensure their products are of the highest and most consistent quality, and their laboratory is running most effectively. This informative eBook covers a diverse range of parameters that influence an equally diverse range of product characteristics such as organic acids, sugars, water, alcohol, metals, enzymes, and other process critical parameters.
Dialysis solution, also known as, Dialysate, dialysis fluid, or bath, is a solution of pure water, glucose, electrolytes and salts. Citrate, lactate, acetate in acidic form and/or the corresponding salts of acetic acid (acetate), citric acid (citrate) or lactic acid (lactate) are used in Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis solutions. Dialysis solutions are tested for their compositions and process impurities to meet the patient’s safety and regulatory regulations. The discrete cell technology also allows laboratories to measure multiple analytes simultaneously while reducing total analysis and operator time.
The Gallery analyzer is much faster than HPLC. If a sample is in before 4 PM, we can provide results the same day. “We need the ability to measure several parameters at once and also be flexible enough to change our mind.”
