These are the plate types Invitrogen offers for custom DNA oligos free of charge:

• 96-well plates:
• 200µl: this is a PCR shallow plate (Abgene AB-0800) with a working volume of 180µl. The wells are V-shaped.
• 360µl: this is a standard shallow plate (Corning Costar 3359) with a working volume of 250µl. The shape of the wells is U/round.
• 800µl: this is a standard medium plate (Abgene AB-0765) with a working volume of 650µl. The wells have a conical shape.
• 1200µl: this is a deep well plate (Abgene AB-0564) with a working volume of 800µl. The shape of the wells is U/round

Additionally, we offer two types of 96-well Matrix plates available through our Customer Service team for a fee. Please contact Technical Support for details.

• 384 wells:
• 120µl: this is a standard plate (Abgene AB-0781) with a working volume of  75µl. The shape of the well is pyramidal.
• 65µl: this is a microarray plate (Genetix X7020) with a working volume of 45µl. The bottom of the wells is flat.
