The Thermo Scientific Vanquish Solvent Monitor (VSM) delivers productivity improvements through the avoidance of unintended dry solvent channels and supports your laboratory’s compliance efforts by automatically logging eluent changes. Additionally, monitoring of your waste container levels can ensure your laboratory’s smooth operation by preventing hazardous spills.
Solvent and waste levels can be monitored directly on the instrument, through the Thermo Scientific Vanquish User Interface, or remotely with Thermo Scientific Chromeleon 7.3 Chromatography Data System software.

Methods get faster and sample sets become bigger. Choose an instrument that doesn't limit your sample capacity. Out of the box, your Thermo Scientific Vanquish Core HPLC system comes with a vial capacity of 216 samples, allowing you to operate your system unattended for several days.
If even that is not sufficient, you can upgrade your system with the Vanquish Charger, giving you a maximum capacity of nearly 9000 samples.

Automatic Compressibility Compensation
Many HPLC pumps require users to manually enter the type of solvent used and allow the pump to compensate for solvent compressibility and deliver a constant flow. If the operator failed to do this correctly, chromatographic performance can be compromised.
With Thermo Scientific SmartFlow technology, Thermo Scientific Vanquish Core pumps automatically compensate for changing eluent compressibility. This assures highly accurate and precise gradient flows, independent of eluent composition and backpressure.
Flexibility and Reliability in Solvent Delivery
The Thermo Scientific Vanquish Core HPLC system easily adapts to your application demands with various pump types (isocratic, binary, quaternary and dual-gradient) and mixer volumes (35 µL to 1500 µL). An integrated degasser (optional for the isocratic pump) assures reliable solvent delivery by removing dissolved gas.
Method Transfer Kit
The Thermo Scientific Vanquish Core HPLC system includes an integrated, tunable gradient delay volume from 0 – 230 µL. When this is combined with the optional method transfer kit, the system can adjust up to 430 µL, replicating the gradient delay volume on your existing methods and simplifying method transfer.
