Participation is open to professionals 18 years and older.

To be eligible for the contest, take a photograph of your chip in an interesting location or even at your home or work and post on the Ion Torrent Facebook Page using hashtag #IonChipQuest stating your research question. There is no limit to the number of photographs you may post; however, each must be unique and not a duplicate of a previously posted photograph.

The winning photographs will be selected at random.

PRIZE: The Winner will receive an Ion Torrent branded prize. No cash or other substitutions are permitted. No refunds or credits are allowed. The prize is not transferable. All taxes on the prize and reporting thereof are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

A maximum of one Gift per customer. Gifts may take up to 6 weeks to ship.
There is no cash alternative to the Gift.

PUBLICITY: Subject to the Winner’s consent, Ion Torrent Facebook page will publish the name of the Winner. The Winner consents to the use by Thermo Fisher Scientific of Winner’s name and photograph in press releases, announcements, or other marketing literature.

Photographs must be posted using to #IonChipQuest no later than 12:00 p.m. GMT on the competition dates below to be eligible for the contest.

If you do not receive the item within this timeframe you have not met the criteria.

It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that entering this Promotion does not conflict with internal rules and regulations within their organisation. In particular, and without limiting the foregoing, Purchaser warrants that his/her employers have full knowledge of their actions and have consented thereto.
